election night

looks like obama is the new prez and i can almost hear the crowd of almost one million people gathered at grand park in chicago screaming at the top of their lungs. i'm sitting here on the bus watching cnn wondering how the next four years of life are going to pan out. i guess we'll just have to wait and see.

we had dinner with the barlow girls at their house here in the chicago area and had a great time hanging out with their fam. thanks maryanne for the home-cooked meal. it was awesome. we are looking forward to our next tour show in minneapolis, mn at club 3 degrees. it should be good...and cold.

i guess it's time to watch the acceptance speech. goodnight america.

"Wow, aren't you EXCITED?? We're Finally going to have 'CHANGE' in this country! I can't wait!" she says sarcastically. Yeah, there's going to be 'change', but I think the Liberals will be slightly dissappointed in the kind of 'change' there'll be.
Hmph. If looks through the tv could kill, we wouldn't be having this problem right now! LOL!

hey sounds fun. I am not so sure about the Whole election thing. Obama sounds great but the things he said i am not so sure about what he said though. I was kind of hoping macain would win but well that didnt work out to well, anyways we definately in for a big change in how our lives are going to be spent for the next for years.
I am not sure how that whole "promise" thing from Obama is going to go though. See at a concert!

hey! this is totally off topic, but I'm doing a school project right now. If you could choose anywhere in the world to visit (outside of Canada and the U.S.) where would you go? I guess I'll just keep checking your blog to see what you post :D

later!

I like your "we'll see how it pans out" thought-approach to the results. What else can/should we do?
Griping (and/or bragging) won't get us anywhere.
